Cocochoco Brazilian keratin hair straightening treatment is an advanced process that provides your hair with a healthy,shiny and silky look. The treatment strengthens the hair using an intense,keratin-based conditioning remedy.Keratin is a natural protein present in the skin,hair and nails which can be utilised to improve the texture,condition and elasticity of treated hair. Hair which is treated with keratin straightening will stay straight and frizz free fot up to 3-5 months,depending on the original hair condition.

The application process takes anywhere from 2 to 4 hours, depending on the length and thickness of the hair. When the application is finished ,it is sealed with a flat iron at between 200C to 230C in order to trap moisture and create a sleek look. After the keratin treatment is completed, hair will look fresh,straight and soft to be touch. The treatment is suitable for virgin or chemically treated hair and is perfectly safe to use since it contains only pure and natural ingredients. When combined with the use of Cocochoco Professional shampoo,conditioner and mask,the treatment can last in the hair for up to six months.

For the first 3 days:

- Do not wash your hair.

- Don’t bend or tie your hair in any way.

- Do not cover your head with anything.

- Use a straightening iron occasionally in the morning if your hair becomes curly/frizzy during sleep.

- If the hair gets wet or absorbs too much moisture,blow dry it quickly and straighten.

To wash your hair and prolong the effect of the treatment ,you will need to use Cocochoco Professional Sulphate Free Shampoo. Sulphate based shampoos are not recommended as sulphate will wash out keratin from the hair very quickly. After every wash,ensure to apply Cocochoco Professional Silicone-Free Conditioner (as conditioners with silicone will damage the coating created by the keratin product). Try not to use invasive styling products that contain alcohol.
